A more supportive approach to treatment

Every treatment booking includes a 15-minute wellbeing check-in before your hands-on session begins.

This gives us time to gently explore what’s been going on for you, physically, emotionally, hormonally, and in terms of stress and energy so your treatment is tailored to what you need that day, not just your symptoms.

If anything comes up that needs more space, I’ll either suggest a longer 1:1 wellbeing check-in or point you towards helpful resources. There’s no obligation, it simply means you’re properly supported and not rushed.

What is the 15-minute wellbeing check-in?

It’s a short, supportive conversation before your treatment that helps me understand what’s been happening for you recently including stress, sleep, hormonal changes, and emotional load so your session can be adapted to support you more effectively.

Each session includes time to check in on what’s been going on for you, followed by your full hands-on treatment, so the session can be tailored to what you need most.
